Rates:
$ 590 per week (Saturday till Saturday) $ 350 per weekend when available (Friday till Monday) $ 120 per night (3 day minimum) $ 1800 per month when available |

Regulations:
We Require a $ 150 Security Deposit and 50% when reservation is made. Balance is due at check-in. We accept Master Card, Cash, Visa, Cashier checks, or Travelers Checks. Check in is at 3 pm. and check out is at 10:00 am. To cancel you must notify us two weeks prior to arrival date. After 14 day advance notice deposit will not be refunded. No smoking No Pets Please leave the house as you found it ! |
